Losing weight, finding myself.
So I just made ‘parsnip pasta’.

The recipe idea came from http://cookingcaveman.tumblr.com/

Hooooly shit it’s amazing. I’m halfway through my meal and I’m already getting full! But it’s soooo good and SOOOO GOOOD FOR YOU. 

Basically, peel a parsnip into fettucini-like strands. Boil until just soft. 

In a frying pan, start frying some onions and chicken and veggies and WHATEVER YOU LIKE. 

At this stage, I added honey, garlic, a little salt, and ginger, to make a marinade. 

Then put the boiled (and strained) parsnip into the frying pan, and mix it all up until the parsnip is ever so slightly browned. 

SERVE. 

Also works with carrots. 

DELICIOUS.
